Mango Salad Full Recipe
Full recipe. You can also make this for two.
In a medium-sized glass bowl, combine
- zest of a lime
- juice of a lime
- 1 tbsp oil (not olive)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- a grind of pepper
While that is marinating cut up
- 2 nice big mangos or 3 littler ones, ripish but not squishy, long thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, long thin strips
- 1/2 small red onion, thin slices
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Combine everything in the bowl, shortly before eating. Top with
